Gemini Mechanical Services Engineers completed the refurbishment of  the old Eldon Court management suite in Newcastle’s city center.

The first floor 18,500 sqm offices, training suites for teaching Clinical & non-clinical staff provides clinical rooms, training spaces, breakout areas for NHS staff.

    Gemini were employed to refurbish the existing Boiler plant to include a hybrid LTHW system using natural gas boliers and ASHPs. The project consisted of 4no AIC Boilers, Pumps and Ancillary Equipment including modicications to the existing BMS system. The new system was future proofed to accept a bolt on ASHP arrangement. .
