Gemini Successfully Completed  the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing installations for the new community mental health hub which provides modern outpatient facilities for people who need access to mental health and learning disability services in Northallerton and surrounding areas.

The 3 story 2,500 square meter building provides community team offices and consulting rooms.

  • Sunderland University – David Goldman Building

    Gemini were employed to refurbish the existing Boiler plant to include a hybrid LTHW system using natural gas boliers and ASHPs. The project consisted of 4no AIC Boilers, Pumps and Ancillary Equipment including modicications to the existing BMS system. The new system was future proofed to accept a bolt on ASHP arrangement. .
