Gemini were employed to deliver the MEP to the New technical and higher education building known as the T.H.E Hub which is a modern innovative learning environment.

Whilst on site Gemini give valuable Mechanical & Electrical work experience for two T Level Students.

The project consisted of 2no roof top plant areas internal and external along with the internal  fit out of Ground and first floor teaching spaces including Labs, IT Rooms, , Simulation Rooms such as, EYFS Nursery, Optical Care Room, Triage Room, Dental Surgery Room & Cyber security Labs.

The external plant area housed the ASHP and External Condensers associated with the VRF System along with Ventilation plant and equipment.

  • Sunderland University – David Goldman Building

    Gemini were employed to refurbish the existing Boiler plant to include a hybrid LTHW system using natural gas boliers and ASHPs. The project consisted of 4no AIC Boilers, Pumps and Ancillary Equipment including modicications to the existing BMS system. The new system was future proofed to accept a bolt on ASHP arrangement. .

  • Northmoor House – New Community Mental Health Hub

    Gemini Successfully Completed  the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing installations for the new community mental health hub which provides modern outpatient facilities for people who need access to mental health and learning disability services in Northallerton and surrounding areas. The 3 story 2,500 square meter building provides community team offices and consulting rooms.
