Gemini Successfully Completed  the Mechanical & Plumbing installations for the New multimillion pound facility to help train the medical professionals of tomorrow.

The Centre is key to the newly established school of medicine but will provide vital training for other students within the faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing.

Gemini installed hi efficiency ventilation systems to the embalming and prosecting spaces to achieve up to 40 ACH.

  • Sunderland University – David Goldman Building

    Gemini were employed to refurbish the existing Boiler plant to include a hybrid LTHW system using natural gas boliers and ASHPs. The project consisted of 4no AIC Boilers, Pumps and Ancillary Equipment including modicications to the existing BMS system. The new system was future proofed to accept a bolt on ASHP arrangement. .
