Gemini undertook the role as Sub-contractor to design, install and commission all of the Mechanical and Electrical works.

The Hub received a warm welcome from the local community which provides a fitness gym, full size Class A grass pitch and three, floodlit 3G pitches, Community Cafe and state-of-the-art learning facility. There really is something for everyone.

  • Sunderland University – David Goldman Building

    Gemini were employed to refurbish the existing Boiler plant to include a hybrid LTHW system using natural gas boliers and ASHPs. The project consisted of 4no AIC Boilers, Pumps and Ancillary Equipment including modicications to the existing BMS system. The new system was future proofed to accept a bolt on ASHP arrangement. .
