Gemini undertook the design, installation and commissioning of all mechanical and plumbing works for the Arena.

A new purpose-built home for the Newcastle Eagles Team, the most successful team in the Leagues history.

The scope of works included the main arena home and away changing, shower and WC facility’s, Hospitality areas, Bar and kitchen facilities.

  • Sunderland University – David Goldman Building

    Gemini were employed to refurbish the existing Boiler plant to include a hybrid LTHW system using natural gas boliers and ASHPs. The project consisted of 4no AIC Boilers, Pumps and Ancillary Equipment including modicications to the existing BMS system. The new system was future proofed to accept a bolt on ASHP arrangement. .
