Gemini were employed by CTCS to deliver the Electrical Services to the new IT Hub for Northumbria Healthcare.

The building was the former site of Proctor and Gamble, which had been acquired by the NHS, Gemini worked along side the client to create a state-of-the-art hub for the NHS IT team to work from.

The Scope of works included the full strip out of existing Electrical Services  and installation of new from Switchgear through to Lighting and General Power, Data, Fire Alarms, Security, Access Control and Assistance Alarms.
