This flagship £50 million development has delivered a brand-new, state-of-the-art “super-school,” purpose-built to replace the former Astley Community High School and Whytrig Middle School. Designed to accommodate over 1,000 pupils, the new Seaton Valley School sets a benchmark for modern educational facilities in the UK.

Sustainability was a guiding principle in the design. The school features over 1,300 rooftop solar panels and is engineered to achieve net-zero carbon operations, delivering substantial long-term energy savings while greatly reducing its environmental impact..
